General Meetings of Unitholders
Pursuant to the provisions of the Act on Investment Trusts and Investment Corporations or Articles of Incorporation of NUD, certain matters regarding NUD (including modifications to the Articles of Incorporation and appointment/dismissal of the executive director and supervisory directors) shall be decided on by the general meeting of unitholders that comprises NUD's unitholders.
The general meeting of unitholders of NUD shall be held once every two years as a rule.
The 13th General Meeting of Unitholders was held on September 26, 2024.
The date of the next General Meeting of Unitholders has not yet been set.
