The Company intends to provide high-quality asset management business by accepting personnel with high expertise on real estate from NTT Group. It has accepted 20 personnel from NTT Urban Development Corporation (as of July 28, 2022). In order to support employees aiming to improve their skills, the group has established a system for dispatching students to overseas and domestic graduate schools and a system for supporting self-development, and also provides correspondence education and online courses.
